Front Passenger Turn Signal

My front passenger turn signal does not work. All the other three turn signals work just fine. Ive tried replacing the bulb already. What else could it be?

Its incandescent. And i dont think its a fuse or else the other three would be having problems.

Parking lights work on both sides. The passenger side turn signal doesnt work and it also doesnt flash when i lock or unlock the car. I just rechecked everything.
