Front and rear driver side speaker wtf

Need some help here guys. A couple of days ago it was raing like **** and i noticed my driver side front and rear speakers werent working. Today i took out the front speaker and found that the connections to the speaker were soaked with water. Would this cause a short or something to make both the front and rear speakers not to work at all along with the tweeter? Is there any way i can fix this. I just bought new speakers to replace them. But when i installed them i still have the same problem where there is no sound at all coming from the speakers. need help ASAP
