Front Speaker Troubles

Front speakers aren't working in my 07 cobalt or the chime noises or anything? i know more people are having this problem. what is the issue? Please help.

did u change from the factory headunit? that would cause chimes to go away unless you got the aftermarket chime thingy.... the one i have is made by scosche... i believe metra makes one also.... i also had my drivers door speaker out for a while..... i opened up the door and moved the wires around and its been working ever since.... doubt this will help.... but its all the info i have

right if ur stock then ur speaker is probably blown if aftermarket then u need those special parts

Water get down inside the cheap weather stripping and shorts out the spearker, Search previous threads and you will find this happens a lot
