Fuse to tap for constant 12v?

And for the 12v switched I used the little metal tap a fuse thing and pick for an example the sunroof fuse? Then use the bolt on the driver side fuse box for the ground/black/negative?
add a fuse works yes but the sunroof fuse isnt constant. the bolt under the hood is positive. ground/negative would be any piece of metal thats part of the body of the car
