Yeah, so true man. Luckily i am in a job where i don't ever have to worry about being "fired" and the economy makes no difference, well actually, it benefits me because everything gets cheaper, haha.

Like you said though, i need to grow up too and be more responsible, but damn, its addicting.

SPL cars do that crazy stuff.

But when you add stuff on it always seems to make a difference right?

If audio is your passion your not gonna stop, like me.

Ok, now as badass as your sound system is going to be, i know you're not going to be rolling around in a car that looks bone stock from the outside. what are your plans for that?

Well ive already got tint on the windows 25% front and 15% rear and debaged it. Im gonna eventually do a cold air intake, full exaust with headers, rims, swaybars, shocks and springs and drop it prob in thinking an inch and a half. You know just small stuff to it.

FINALLY! I get to start working on my car again. Didn’t do much more today (not too much free time.) On the good side though I got everything in now that I need to finish this huge project.

I got the headliner pulled out and then deadened it.
First is nothing
Second is dynamated
Third is sludged

Normally a lot, but I get it kinda cheap cuz of where I work. I'd say around $350 on it all my cost, $1000 retail or so.

Yea I put it on thick but mine never flexed that bad. I also got some yellow spray foam and put that in the beams up top

Ok did more today....

I finally got everything sludged!

Floor all finished. It was crazy hard driving home cuz it wasnt all dry yet when I had to leave.

... And the rear deck. I've done quite a bit of modifications to it. Cut a hole in it just to see what it will sound like and it does make it louder. You cant really tell in the picture cuz its so dark but I had to cut the bottom part of it an inch all the way accros so my new box that im building will fit.

Now Im gonna let that cure and then lay down all my foam and put in all my new power wire. Im so tired of riding around without any audio.

I got some closed cell foam from a foam factory that is used for accustics so its "off brand" but it works just the same. They also said its used as a insulator so it will help with keeping my car hot/cold.

The headliner was a bitch to pull down and out. If I woulda take'n out my seats before I pulled it, it probably would have been easier.

^^^ When I pulled everything it took me about around 2 hours maybe a bit longer, I got it ripped out kinda quick.

The foam isn’t actually in a can its in as giant role sitting in my apartment right now. I got 250sqft for something around $100
