hello, ive got an 08 SS with a dealer installed Alarm, its the audiovox pursuit pro 9233. If i disconnect it properly, will there be any issues? or is there a reprograming in the cars computer to go with the alarm?

 

shouldnt be a problem at all man even tho its dealer installed it is aftermarket...but they have installed a antitheft bypass module aswell make sure u take everything off correctly and tape everything up properly and u should be fine. ive been wanting to put a remote starter i have on my cobalt ss sc but am to lazy

 

hey, got everything disconnected completely. car works fine but now i have a headlight out, lol, hope its just coicidence. to cold to swap bulbs though.
