HELP anti theft system

I bought a wrecked cobalt ss supercharged. I am in the middle of fixing it right now and have hit a little road block. I had the car up and running a while back. It was driving and moving around the shop fine. I then shut the car down to replace airbags, pretensioners, sensors, clockspring, steering wheel, and air bag module. When I was done I hooked the battery back up and it wont start. It wont turn over or anything. when you turn the key to start it then let it go the theft light comes on for a couple seconds then goes off. If anyone knows anything I would realy appreciate your help thanks..

If you use the unlock remote it should turn it off. Try locking it again with the remote twice for the beep. Then, hit unlock two or three times. There is another combo to do something inside the car too, but I think the remote unlock will fix your issues.
