help with head unit installation

I recently bought a JVC KD-R300 head unit. I bought a harness yesterday and I'm confused as how to wire it.

Above is the harness that came with the head unit.

Below is the harness I bought. The circled end fits the plug that the stock head unit plugs into. I see the four pairs of wires that go together, but where do the other wires go, and what is the second part of the harness (the blue end). I researched but didn't find much, any help is appreciated.

I wired the colors correspondingly, the lights and digital display on the radio come on but the radio will not turn on and my subs buzzed the whole time it was turned on. any ideas?

the speaker wires in that harness aren't in the right place for the cobalt. so you would need the blue one or to repin the one you have.

your gonna need alot more expensive part then what u have in your hand 4 any cobalt otheriwse u might fail inspection cause u will loose your door dinger and u will also loose ur seatbelt chime and your clicker 4 your turnsignals for your acc wire that u will need is not in the harness cause the stock radio has a built in relay catch it down ur ur fuse pannle in ur passangerseat nice thick pink wire...

and dont use eather orange wire u will blow ur fuse for ur guage cluster

if the harness he has plugs in then the door dinger chimes and turn signals will still be there. its only on the 07+ with the new harness that come out of the radio. but the acc and ill wire part is correct
