I've never had anything but some of the best Customer Service with them. You cannot expect a company to give you a discount just because you referred someone to them. How do they know you're not lying and just trying to get a discount on an HID kit? Do you go everywhere looking for discounts just because you told someone to go there? I doubt it. I'm not going to sit here and argue because it's pointless and I'm pretty sure most of the users on this site will agree you're making an invalid argument. Sorry you're mad that you didn't get a discount but there's no reason to start a thread attempting to bash a Vendor because of it.

Interesting that you would receive 25% commission becuase you refered someone. You see, in businesses that dont take their customers from behind in a dark ally there isn't such a large mark up on services that you can just give someone 25% of your profit.

If he can't give you a discount who cares? Sometimes buying a product at one period of time is better than another, you of all people should know that. From what I've heard you really haven't made a strong case for why he provided bad service other than not giving you a discount for someone other than yourself.
