hello everyone, from south jersey! i just ordered 9007 HID 5000k lights off ebay specifically for my car. i hooked everything up on point but for some reason the bulbs only turn on if my high beams are swithed to on. Any tips or explanations.. please let me know anything. i messaged the seller on ebay but he is not quick to respond. it wouldnt be such a big deal if my fog lights didnt turn off when high beams are turned on. but it erks me that this is how it is. Thanks!

 

Swap the pins on the 9007 plug. Our kits come pre-swapped for 9007 apps!

 

exactly what I was gonna say. Didn't know you guys pre swapped the pins, that's nice.

 

What do you mean swap the pins? Theres a power and a ground. The ground can go in 2 different spots, and I've tried both. the only one that worked is red to red(obviously) and black to black. And then there's an orange which doesn't do anything.

 

The High and low pins on the 9007 plug need to be reversed. Or GND and low. ive seen both styles.
