how to run to battery to amp 1 for car

how to run to battery to amp 1 for car

i trying to run 2 batterys 1 to amp for woffers ad the other for car and neon lights?what woud i need to do that,how would i do this?

This is really simple to do, there are other posts on here about it or try the www.the12volt.com lots of info there. Two batteries can be wired positive to positive, negative to negative, OR you can get on of these, http://www.stingerelectronics.com/pr....asp?strID=341 , i used a similar relay for my dual battery setup.

Well if you can swing a better alternator, that would be great,but they are very expensive. Unless you are runnig multiple power hungry amps and such i would say your stock alternator is fine. It's doubtful that you even need a second battery, just get one good battery, upgrade your wiring and call it a day... The main reason i did the second battery was because i wanted to be able to jam with the car off for long periods and not worry about my starting battery being dead. I am still running the stock alternator for now and so far so good.
