i need fog light switch info

i need fog light switch info

i want to be able to keep my fogs on with my brights on basicly. i just need to know how many prongs are on the fog light switch and where the relay (or w/e it is) that disables the fogs when you turn your brights on is. however any info is helpfull

That would be in the bcm (body control module).
I do recall seeing a how to involving relays and a bunch of wiring - you end up about the same as adding aftermarket fogs and running your own switch / relay / wiring.

No idea why you would want high beams and fogs at the same time anyway but whatever floats yer boat

so my best bet would to just rewire it?

so today i checked it out and im going to have to wire them independitly like aftermarket fogs

I'm in the process of doing this alas I type this. I see no reason why they'd need to be wired independently. Will update when I'm done.
