I need help im going nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so i got my adapter and dash kit and i begin to hook it up and realize the whole acc wire and remote wire issue. I worked around it with red to the fuse box and remote to the pink. Everything is working good but when i turn on the ignition the speakers and sub pop pretty loud , as well as when the ignition is turned off.

Another problem is that for some reason my h/u will not fit, as in is too long, to go into the dash kit. I have noticed the stock radio buts up to the wall behind it and my aftermarket radio is about a centimeter or so longer than the stock one thus making it stick a centimeter or so out of the dash kit making it look really nasty.

SOME ONE HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alpine CDA 9883 i know for a fact it's not the radio making the popping noise when the key is turned on and off becausE I just pulled it out of my old car and it worked great. I was wondering if there is any way some one can send me exactly how to connect these wire to see if I made some sort of mistake.

And did you mean break the plastic?

That's exactly what's happening with the popping, only happens when the key is turned forward or backword but it does not sound healthy. And I have the pink remote hooked up to my remote turn on lead off the radio.

And I ran the red wire(acc) the ignition fuse in the fuse box

hmm... thats odd. maybe try running a relay off the remote from the HU.

The problem is the radio is turning off before the amplifier so once the HU stops telling the amp what to play it just does whatever so that milisecond or whatever in between when the hu turns off and the amp turns off it just plays a sinewave

defiantly not "good" but it shouldn't blow anything. Unfortunately I'm not sure how u would fix that "easily" that is. I would try the relay and see if it reacts slow enough to prevent the pop. otherwise maybe hook it up to acc and see if that helps. but that's a fuckaree in itself too so idk

the black harness is for the stock XM. they have always been in the metra harnesses ive used so idk. If u cut it just leave some wire on the other side so if u have to go to stock a buttconnector will bridge the gap
