I think my wideband killed itself

Long story short I get a new tune, car ran perfect! 14.7 afr cruise. 11@wot, 113F ia2's and 123 after a pull.....Next day turn the car on and the wideband is pegged at 10 and flashing...The car does not seem to run any different. and I noticed today that even when the car is off it will flash 10, but somtimes it will read normal, but not often....What does you guys wideband read with the car not running???? Should be 20 right? all air =lean

Thanks ahead of time
