The kenwood has more preamp outs.....so if you have an amp it can support front rear and sub channels as opposed to only the front and sub like the JVC

 

ive used both of these if your determined to get one of these 2 get the kenwood. but if you want something nicer get an alpine cda-105 or similar. its only a few more dollars and much more functional

Yea, if you ever decide to run subwoofers with an amp, Alpine almost always sounds better.

 

this guy on tristatetuners forum is selling this Pioneer DEH-710BT for a good price and i compared the alpine to this pioneer. now im debating on which one to buy. anymore insight i can get from you guys? if you cant give me anything on that pioneer ill just go with the alpine

 

That pioneer is nice to. IMO Alpine and Pioneer are the best two brands for cd players. That pioneer is pretty much the same radio with a diffrent look. They both do pretty much the same things and both will sound great. You cant go wrong either way so i would go with the one you like best. The Alpine is what i have in my truck, and i have a pioneer avh-3200dvd in my balt.
