Angry Ignition Problem?????????

So..... today is the second time this has happened to me in a week so I'm definitely bring my car in tomorrow but heres my issue. When I go to start my car the I turn the key to hit the starter and it basicly feels like it is just about to turnover but then i lose ALL power... the key wont come out of the acc. position keyless entry doesnt work i have no lights nothing. one other time a few days before it did that i turned the car on and my stereo wasnt on, all the settings were lost and my interior lights i installed were on the functions from right after you hook em up so i mustve lost power then too and i think it was when i shut the car off. I did hook up subs and underglow to it but i checked the ground and at the battery and everything looks good so my guess is the switch. have any of you guys had this problem as well??
