Installing PAC SWI-RC

Hey everyone, looking for some help installing this PAC SWI-RC gadget.
09 Cobalt SS w/ Pioneer
Kenwood DDX-319
Metra wiring harness

I found where to hook the remote wire on the SWI-RC but I dont know what to connect the other wires too, I found vehicle specific installation instructions on their website but none of the wires matched up with the Metra harness, just the vehicle harness. Did a search on here and all I can find was "its an easy install" so maybe I'm missing something:p

Anyone who can help? Trying to get this baby installed tomorrow.

Install them to the metra side of the harness that matches the factory diagram.

Be prepared for this thing not to program right as well.

Hmm maybe it will make more sense when I can look at both the factory harness and metra harness. Why wouldnt it program correctly?

Because it is a universal part and everyone knows how well that plays out.
I have one in my car. I can use the volume up and that is it.

they all work for me. and it wasnt really that hard. Just go on the website and print out the vehicle specific instructions. that will save alot of headache when installing. Then when programming you just have to be fast. for whatever ungodly reason you have to program it with lightning speed otherwise it stops and you have to start over. read the instructions and remember the steps to skip before you even attempt to program. Also you really can program all the buttons to do whatever you want however the volume up and down and track up and down are pretty universally needed. the onstar button however is the wild card. I chose mute for mine personally.
