Ipod Question

What is the best way to hook up an IPOD with my 09 SS WITHOUT the USB port on the head unit? Is there something that I can purchase that will allow this to happen, yet still retain the Onstar, XM Radio, and Steering Wheel Controls???

And I would like to keep the stock head unit if possible.

If I use a FM transmitter, then I don't have steering wheel controls... and like I said, the car doesn't have the radio with the USB port on it... sadly.

You can try integrateing a PAL system... I originally did this for my 08....The steering wheel controls will work with the ipod, but there is a lag time between the steering wheel controls and their corresponding function...

check out the peripheral PXAMG... compatible with the 08 cobalt ss which is the same as 09... www.peripheralelectronics.com ... should work fine with steering wheel controls...
