Leak after speaker install, yeah the usual.
I just had RF Prime speakers installed by a shop only because I wanted my amp (powering them) to be wired installed as well. If it's just speakers I'd do it myself as I'm a more plug n play guy.
Now that's out of the way, waters leaking through the passenger door yet not the driver's. And assuming the guy just bolted the speakers w/o using the Scouche/GM brackets made for the opening. Do I need the brackets or would baffles and dynomating around the 6.5's be better?
Not to mention the pass leaks been fixed a few times last being the water deflector and the dust shield adhesive. All under warranty. I just don't want it voided only because they see the aftermarket speaker if I take it in for another checkup on the dust cover or whatever.
