Hello all. I have an 06' with heated seats and I was wandering if anyone has modded them. I am from texas and anyone who has heated seats knows there are 2 sections, back warmer and ass warmer. The Back warmer I can see using, but my ass is hot enough as is, so I could go for a disconnected ass warmer and fully functional back warmer. In 100+ degree Texas heat, why would anyone want more direct heat applied to the posterior? Exactly. My question is if there is an easy way to do just that. Is there one clip that plugs them both in, or is there some place to just snip the power and ground for the bottom warmer? Someone has to have done this out there, so I'm just looking to see who has...

 

i belive the heated seats have a single slip connector but im not sure if its a 4 plug or 2 plug...

 

Just move the ass warmer up beside(under or over) the back wormer so you have 2 back warmers and problem solved. I am from Texas aswell and sometimes in the "winter"months that would be a great luxury.
