need help with after market setup

So it took me and a friend a couple of days to get this system in and we landed with the sub not working. Sub does work we tested it and all and are figuring it may be the amp so im going to take that in tomorrow to get tested. The thing i am stuck on now is the Pac steering wheel adapter i read that the black/white wire is the controls and they need power so i went ahead and hooked it up to my read wire powering my h/u and my gm lan thing. But when it was hooked up to it, started to blow the radio fuse. the sound system is all brand new so im guessing the fuse cant take anymore then it already has? if so is there another place to put the black/white wire at so i can get this power to the pac so i can have my steering wheel controls. help would be greatly appreaciated.

ya on the pac i have the ground, grounded with with the radio and the green on the blue wire on connecter 1 and the red wire spliced with the red wire on the radio to the harness so 3 wires there i tried to add a 4th wire the black and white one there.
