Newbie Needs Help! Turn Signal Flasher

I'm trying to wire some peel and stick arrow turn signals that mount to my sideview mirrors, but I dont know where the flasher is two splice into the tun signal. Its the same bulbs as the daylamps, and I don't know where to jump into so that the arrow blinkers dont stay on constantly, and blink when I put on my tun signal. Any one want to take a stab at this question would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance.

Why is this is audio/video? anyway try running it to the fuse in the fusebox for the blinkers?

I posted it here cause this is the only topic with electrical wiring, as per the main page. The manual doesn't list which fuse is for the blinkers. That was orignally my plan.

fuse would be no good either, how about either the indicator wires in the instriment panel or running wires to the rear lights? or if you want to go to the flasher module it's probably in or near one of the fuse boxes, either unnder the hood or in the cabin.

GOOD LUCK, finding a flasher. If you do find it, be sure to let everyone know. We need to install a different one to run LED lights without increasing turn signal flash rates.

Also, taping it into the rear lights would cause the mirror signal to light up with the brakes as well.

I"m probably gonna run the wire right to the headlamp, there are three wires only one is going to cause that second filiment to come one, I guess I'll put a tester on them to see whats what. I can't find the flasher, I'm pretty sure its tied into the hazard switch, which is way under the dash I think ans not worth trying to get to when I can most likely get these things working by going directly to the headlamp

Try it but I'm not sure if that's going to work either, since the front blinkers are the same lights as the daytime running lights. If you do that, you'll probably end up having the turn signal lights come on with the DRLs.

I guess all you have to do is find this. I imagine it's in steering column somewhere.

Although it is one bulb it is 3 or 4 wires, they have 2 filiments, one for brake and one for turn signal, at least that's how most single bulb setups I've seen are.
