Has anyone ever bought any type of audio product from them? If so how long did it take for the order to be processed. I ordered the Alpine 9887 about a week and a half ago and the order still has not be processed, so wondering if anyone else has had the same problem?

 

Do they have contact info on their site? If so shoot them an e-mail and ask whats up.

 

I've used them twice before and it took maybe a week and a half from the time that I placed the order for it to be at my house. I've never had a problem with them. I got a buddy that ordered from em last year with the same results.

 

called them today, the headunit i ordered is on backorder, (SUCKS!!) but atleast its something i can handle, just kinda wish they woulda emailed me sayin hey your hu is on backorder, buts its all good!!
