Passenger side Door Lock not working

I just picked up a 2008 Cobalt SS. The passenger side door will not lock or unlock using the key fob or interior buttons. I remove the door panel and it doesn't appear any levers or anything has come undone. I am wondering if possibly a fuse may be blown for this or the unit that controls this simply went bad. Has anyone had this happen before or what does it sound like? In the mean time I will try to find the fuse to check that out! Thanks for your help!

New Cobalt SS owner,
Jon

Private owner otherwise I would.

Not bothering to check the fuse as it occurred to me most likely both sides would not work if it were blown, not just the passenger

Then it could be the Actuator on that door has died.
