question about the factory sub

question about the factory sub

hiya, i just wanted to know what the power is on the stock sub and amp? i was thinkin of just takin the sub out of the factory box and just puttin a better one in it if i can..but i was lookin and it looks like the sub is glued or somethin to the box? i dont know..i just cant afford to get a new sub box and everything else right now.any info would be appreciated. thanks

their is a bolt on the back of the box that holds the sub in. and their is also a little strip of stickey tape on it. i am currently makeing a how too on this. it will be up by next weekend, possible tomorrow if i get thes sub. and you can get the connection for the line out converter from the wires on the top of the box. red for + black for - (for the dumb people). and you need a deep socket to get the box out. i cant remeber what the size is right now. ill get back you you when i get the how too up.

o and dont try to amp up the factory sub, it will pop. i did it to mine with only 50 more watts.
