ummmm i would have to say no to that one it seems like its a resistor but i dunno why other than acting as a type of filter, why else would it be there

I was thinking maybe a lead for you to a part number that Radio Shack could duplicate. If no part number is on the component then for sure it will not help you. Good luck.

okay i bought a digital mutitester today. i check the wire using the kohm resistance test it has.. the reader showed 1.006 of resistance. so that means the resistor is fine right?? the resistor is suppose to be 1 kohm so everything matches up
