replacing stock sub with CV10

WIll this work? ive seen a couple people's swapped out. but i wanna get a cv10. with some slight modification, would this be a good choice for replacing the stock sub? actually let me put it like this. i dont have the stock system im just gonna buy the box from another guy remove the original sub and replace it with a kicker cv10 and amp. i like the shape and the factory look of it so suggestions are definitely needed.

i did this, but the box sounded like crap. i ended up making my own enclosure out of 3/4 inch particle board in the end
