Speakers cutting out?!?!

I just installed a JVC KDG720 and now my stock speaker shut down, but the sub amp stays on, if I turn it up to about 40. It go's to 50. I have Bass blockers installed also. I had the same set up with a Sony CDX-L510X without problems.

Is the head unit amp driving everything but the sub? If so your head unit amp maybe shutting off but the head unit is still on so the remote turn on will still work as well as the amp running the Sub.

I think the bass is at +4 out of 8, no high pass on HU but I have bass blockers.
