subwoofer depth in stock enclosure

subwoofer depth in stock enclosure

anyone know how deep the stock sub is in the trunk? I found a 4.3" jbl ten but dunno if it'll fit...I searched for the thread writeup about doing this mod, but couldnt find it.

Most good subs are going to be too deep for the stock enclosure. Don't compromise, get a bigger enclosure. You can always take it out if you need the space. mine is bolted down with one wing nut. Sounds soooo much better than stock!
