My suggestion is to replace with Black trim around radio then paint the face of the guage pod black to match.

Eventually I may put a small headunit in the glove box or something. For now, I don't listen to music in my car. When I cruise, I roll to the sounds of the city and my engine. If I listen to music, I end up trying to listen around the music to hear my engine, so I turn it off anyway. Plus, gauges look badass

So u dismantled the radio face to do this? Why didnt u just get a radio installation kit and just use a piece of abs plastic to cover the hole?I dont think i could go without a radio.Shoulda got a single din radio, put 3 gauges under it like the other guy said, and get a cluster bezel with 2 gauge pods. You should have spaired the raidio, hide it under the dash or something so u could atleast use the steering wheel controls, lol.
