Turning the Side Markers into Turn Signals.

A lot of cars come with turn signals that are found on the side of the cars. Would it be feasible to try to do it on the Cobalt's side markers?

Sounds like a simple job, only problem would be wiring up a relay so if the signals arent flashing that they stay constant as a marker

Just cut the power wire going to it and run the power wire from the tail lamp to it.

That sounds like the best way of going about it.

Thanks.

i wouldnt do that. you are going to draw too much power through those wires. possible electric fire. do it right with a relay and proper fuses

The DRL on my car is the actual headlight, not the parking light.

I'll definitely keep that in mind.
