What gauges to display?

Got my Ultragauge for xmas this morning and have been playing around with it to get familiar with it. It's picking up 15 different gauges on my 06 ss/sc. I have a couple questions for anyone that might have one themselves.

1. Whats the best gauges to display to monitor performance?
2. Will this be good enough when I get tuned or will I have to get a wideband/interceptor anyways?

Gauges displayed are:
Engine Load %
Coolant temp.
Short fuel trim bank 1
Long fuel trim bank 1
Intake PSI
Timing Advance
Intake Air temp.
Mass air flow 1 g/s
Mass air flow 2 g/s
Throttle position
Bank 1 o2 voltage
Boost PSI
HP
Torque
...and all the typical miles per gallon and trip gauges.

Thanks for your input.
