HELP!!! wiring a new amp and subs

Hi. I tryed to wire an amp and dual sub enclosure to my cobalt with Pioneer system and the amp got power but the subs arnt getting power (have hooked up systems before and feel confident I know what im doing for the most part). The only thing different in this scenario is that this system already has a sub and amp set up (with the Pioneer system) and im attempting to use the stock deck so my guess is the sub/amp combo already installed is interfering or the high low converter isnt working properly. I am gonna be getting an aftermarket deck at some point but I havent gotten around to getting it and I would like to hear the subs play before I dump more money into my system. Can someone out there help me touble shoot this. Thank you in advance for the help

probably the line out converter. where did you wire it to?

you should try hooking up an external audio source such as an mp3 player with a 3mm to rca cable. if it plays on that you know its the LOC or rca ect if not then its the amp/sub wiring ect
