XM receiver

Does anyone have any info on the stock xm receiver? Such as model info, location in the car, where it connects into the system?

If you take your back deck lid off you will find the unit bolted to a slide plate almost dead center, all the info you required is written on the unit itself.

Where your rear speakers are mounted onto underneath the rear window.

Ok that makes sense, thanks for clarifying. Does anyone know which pins on the harness are for the xm unit? I looked on the cobalt audio pin out but it say nothing about xm or audio in.

Just look at the harness that plugs into the side of the XM unit in the back, should be the same. I can't see them switching colors half way there. But then again this is GM and they seem to be dead set in making things as difficult as possibe.
