Only reason I didn't do it all the time was because of the stock clutch, it would only tolerate one or two hard runs before it got sloppy, and I didn't want to roast it.
Also, rolls are easier on the car, less chance of me breaking something. I don't race for money, so it's stupid to try an break ****, no-one else is gonna pay to fix my car for me, so I tried to keep it in one piece as much as reasonably possible.
I can't prove **** to you, your head is so far up your ass it won't work

Made me have to slow down my shifting, thereby losing potential that the car had. Didn't like that. Cost me a win against a FP red swapped Evo once...

they are still a load on a ******* clutch. If you can do a 40 roll and not have it slip then you can do a dig as well. I played this retarted ass game, either way you would of lost lol
you still got beat didnt you?
You can talk, talk, talk all ******* day dont make a difference, who cares if I was on a 200 shot. The car ran just fine for what it was. Didnt haveto start building **** and doing a bunch of supporting mods to be UBER fast.

Sure I got beat, I lost to a lot of cars over time. There is always a faster car out there.
You didn't do ****, so instead you went out and spent the money to buy a car that is stronger from the start. Same deal, money spent in a different place, thats all.
You really think, for 23K, you couldn't have made the saturn run 12's?

the cobalt, the 350 is another story...when thats finished your looking at 650-700rwhp. lol
You don't have to slip the clutch from a roll. My clutch didn't slip, but when it got hot, it didn't grab as quick as I liked. I can't explain it to you, you don't listen.

if you had 300 plus WHP you would understand as well. My car wouldnt do a dig, and also wouldnt do a 40 roll. If it did a 40 roll, it would of held from a dig. This is past experience talking, this is what I have found to be true for me.

if I EVER go HTA86 thats what ill be hoping for. Actually more like 800...but thats if i wanna take it that far. Tahts gunna be a built motor, tranny, and T-Case.
i could of easily, but i didnt like the fact i needed to press a fuckiung button to make power. And i wasnt doing it in the safest way. So I went a different, and as racing is concerned the SMARTER route. Im happy, happier then I have ever been with my POS, thats all that matters to me.

But, like you said, you're happy, so thats all that matters.
Just, please, don't come on here and tell people what to do like you know better, because you don't. Go try that **** on EvoM or something.
And either way... saying that a dig is just as hard on your clutch as a roll is... is dumb.
Why don't you ask your Evo buddies how many people have fried clutches punching it at 40mph... opposed to dropping it on the line.
My car ran 265whp for a year and then I ran a little over 280whp about another year on top of that.. and that's not spray numbers like yours - that's everyday, pure blower numbers. Never had it slip from any roll, ever. The only time it ever slips racing, is on about the 3rd or 4th Dig Race in a roll - or after about 10-15 No-Lift Shifts in a 15 minute span. And I've put 61,000 miles worth of pure hell on this car - pure hell. I've fucked my clutch up a couple of times being stupid at the track. It has always recovered strong and slip-free.

umm before i even mod it ??? are you ****** retarted??? if you knew anything about evos, you would know that they dies out after you tune it, it takes too much abuse, because all we do is DIG.
Yeah... I understand. You try and talk some sense into them... so that they don't go out in public and make fools of themselves... and what do they do? Spit in your face.
