Alright so i'm new to the site and I figured I would introduce myself by posting a few pics of my new SS that I just pick up today. I'll get better pictures of it tomorrow after I get my windows tinted. Hope you like it!!!!!

Very nice man, may i ask did u have to order your car or did u just buy it off the lot?

 

I didn't take the G85 package , and I was lucky enough to be able to get right off the lot, so I only had to wait 1 week before getting it. Now i'm pissed off that I had to take the mags off for winter, it's just not the same when it's on steelies.

 

NICE!!! I have my twin to yours on order. I can't wait. I have all my mod's here waiting, except my stage two but my poeples here at the dealer have the order into gm so as soon as its released i will have one in route. Sharp Car Brotha!!!

ohhhh ok i was like damn that dealer made u wait that long i just called up a dealer in CO (i live in CA) and told them i want the car (w/o ever seeing any pics or what was on the car) and flew out there and signed a couple papers and it was already paid for b4 i got there and drove home (14 hr drive ...... fun as hell) i would do it again and again if i could

Can you do me a favor? When you wash the car can you take a couple more pics. Mine is black too and I am looking at getting it tinted this week. I just want to see what it is going to look like before I get it done!! Thanks

Wow your stock wheels appear to be really bright. My are pretty dark compared to yours

 

Hey Merc, I agree with yah, i think the wheels all have a diff shade, on some they look bright on some they look so dark, idk..screwy GM! lol

 

I'll wash either tomorrow or thursday and I'll take a few pics for you. Since yours is black also, I really recommend you get 35% in the front and 20% in the back, like mine, you'll see it's not too dark and not too clear, it's just perfect

 

I would rather them being darker then bright, but can't do anything about it now.

 

I don't know if I want tog o that dark in the back or not. I don't want it to be dark enough that I can't see out the back window at night. I believe anything darker than 35% is illegal in Ontario anyways.

 

Wheels look brighter casue there on a black car.

 

i got 20% all around...its fine during the day, and perfect at night
