I have a 9-3 turbo manifold sitting in the garage and I have my turbo laser sitting outside not running because the tranny is gone , anyne had any experience with this turbo ? I plan on rebuilding it before I put it in the balt but I didnt know if I am wasting my time and should just buy something bigger wit an external wastegate , this is not my ideal snail but it seems like it would have some potential , discuss please.

look at the 4g63 and the 420a tho if you put this on a 135hp 420a you get 215 -200HP wouldnt I get the same maybe a little less since I am 2.2

 

well im no expert at readin compressor maps but. whats the size of that motor in the scenario your talking about? 1.8l? if it is something of comparable range a bigger motor(plotting the points on the flow chart) looks like it would put it up alot higher in the max efficiency range. i mean youl see power, but for how long and to what point i can really say for sure without actually plotting the points as they should be
