Wink 2.4L turbo installation

I'm about to order my turbo kit. If I installed the kit myself, could I drive my car to a dyno shop, or would it have to be trailered over there? And if I just let a shop install the turbo too, what could I expect $$wise?

if u install it your self, I would say take it by trailer cause u dont want something happening to the car on the way to the dyno shop

Like the fact that you can't drive a boosted car on an n/a tune.

Thought so. Just making sure. A buddy of mine told me that as long as you didnt reach boost and kept the RPM's low, you'd be alright. I didn't think that was right
