2.7 tvs?

hey guys just got a quick question with the tvs, right now im running a 2.9 on the tvs but i wanna drop down to the 2.7 or 2.6 even mayb. im just wondering what would b needed if i wanted to make this drop? or if there isnt really parts i need what parts would benefit the drop best. thanks in advance!

Parts as far as what?I dropped from a 2.9 to a 2.6 without any problem.What do you have for cooling mods?

need a little more info than that. you shouldn't need anything more than a tune, and making sure you have the fuel to support that much airflow.

this is of course assuming you have cooling/exhaust/etc

yes i have all cooling mods header,d.p,exhaust, for sure a tune would b needed, just from one response i now know that 79's would b something i need. fuel im running 94 octane and 100% meth if you needed to know that. just wondering if there would be anything else that would yield any more power with the drop in size or if theres anything saftey wise if this makes sense lol

1.75" primaries and 3" downpipe back?

dont know the primaries of the vibrant header, im pretty sure the d.p is 2.5 but exhaust is a hahn 3 inch

you may want to upgrade your exhaust to full 3 inch downpipe back and 1.75 primaries with a 3" collector.

OTTP Longtubes and ZZP mid length are both 1.75" primaries.
