I wanted to know if anyone has/is running this setup? If so what's the belt size or any ideas on what I can to make it work

If you're going to delete it, get rid of it completely. Even with gutting the compressor and just running the front pulley there is still a lot of resistance. Let me see if I can find the video.

remove all the lines too, you'll get a lot of weight savings too.

I plan on doing that just want to know what size belt would work and maybe if the base model belt might work for this application

I'm not sure of the belt size you'll need then. Base model won't work because they don't have the supercharger. Would work if you're turbo though..

You don't think since I'm removing the compressor completely and going with a smaller pulley it might work out maybe the one with the a.c. belt might work

It's the routing that will get you.

Take it out, grab a string, and route it as the belt would be. Tie it and then take it off. Measure it and buy that size belt. Post up the size for future member's questions. Sometimes you have to be the pioneer.

with supercharged cars there is no possible way to remove the pulley position of the ac delete. you must have that contact area for routing reasons. to delete the ac you need to gut the compressor like mongo has pictured. the weight savings is only in rotating mass, the lines and condensor weight next to nothing. the guts of the compressor must weigh at least 20 lbs. the biggest benefit is getting fresh air to the stock heat exchanger. i recommend doing it if you can live without the ac.

turbo charged cars are completely different. it is as simple as a belt replacement and removal of compressor, condesor and lines.

also i forgot there is no change in belt size that your currently using. your not changing a thing in distance of belt travel. it makes no sense to put a smaller pulley there. it will essentially become a idler pulley.
