The age old question
To supercharger or to Turbo which Charger this is question which one do you think is easiest to find part for and to put on and is cheaper In over all cost to buy. and which one would do YOU THINK WOULD MAKE MORE POWER IN MY 2006 2.4L COBALT

little bit better.
you can find a used SC setup in the classifieds pretty cheap with all the stuff youd need and make around 250whpish on a 3.0 pulley.
Turbo would cost you probably double to make the same unless you buy all the parts used as well.
in your application i think sc would be better for u
