bigger sc

does GM or eaton have a more powerful sc that could be swapped with the stock cobalt sc?

welcome to the site, try the search button there are a lot of different options you can go with a diff s/c. each is different

Gm def. not. Eaton has some potenial ones but some fabrication needs to be done.

everytime i use the search button what i want never comes up. the thing with the search button is the key word. does eaton have a website that would have the information i want on it.

theres a lysholm 1200ax swap from from rebel autoworx, an Eaton TVS swap coming soon, and a Procharger swap from ChevyTech

theres a twinscrew setup being made in progress right now but its plagued with problems....this harrop sc looks to be your best bet...but like others said your going to have to fab a plate to fit it to the intercooler and your gonna need a new belt and a tune

i was thinking about porting it. but where i live theres not many places around that i could go. plus i gotta figure out everything else in my engine that i will have to upgrade or change so that my engine and what not doesnt die on me. pistons, and fuel injectors are certain.

i like the harrop sc its impressive. but by reading the few pages i read so far. people dont seem confident in the cobalt engine to handle the power of the sc.

if i cant find a better charger. im just going to convert to a turbo. its kinda stupid for warranty reasons but i dont like taken my car to the dealership anyway.

Rebel Auto Worxs has a twin screw kit available...much more efficient over our m62...they also offer turbo kits as well
