Just to update this thread. I ended up switching to the full zzp setup:

-saab lsk9 manifold
-lsj intercooler kit
-phenolic spacer
-boost controller
-dipstick and tube

All this was in addition to my lsj turbo builder kit. I should have gone full zzp turbo kit from the beginning and not screwed around.

Car also has Injector Dynamics ID1000cc injectors and e85 now. Tuned on 25psi

I need more vids of your exhaust !! i want to do a 3in straight pipe tbe to a hks Hi power. but i need to hear it from out side and a drive bys. high revving. haulin ass

sick build tho man, i jsut went thru page by page haha. im having ZZP do everything for me tho. but im gettin engine work as well. well swap.

thats exactly what i have. sounds sick. low, deep tone, yet gargles and backfires nasty.

i did change my exhaust though. like it a lot better. it's a hell of a lot quieter

Actually I believe your right, they would be the stage 3's, all the reverse spilt means is that there is more duration on the intake side than the exhaust side. Helps with spool and overall powerband on the ecotec's

meh, i asked about those cams and i was told there more set up for a track car rather then street. Ill be DDing my car. so im stickin with the stg2. you gotta post up vids and dynos before and after tho!

Which setup? With my Zzp setup it's pretty much exactly like an LNF. My old setup ran under the car in between that slot from the pan and trans, above the subframe and over to the passenger side of the intercooler. Not recommended at all. I ripped it off several times

The piping was good, it was the coupler that hung down lower than the frame that was an issue.

I'm much happier with the current setup anyway, but you wouldn't have had issues with the old setup on a normal drop.
