Hey blazin, inside that cover are plastic oil baffles for the pcv and oil vent. If you power coat the cover you need to make sure you have another means of venting the crank case. The vent on the LSJ cover is only about an 1/8 in inside. When you coat the cover those melt making hard for the pcv/venting to opperate properly. The LSJ valve cover wasn't design very well for turbo applications. Just giving you the heads up because I have already had to deal with that issue.

thats cause its soaked with oil already. the best way for crankcase breather is this set-up. you don't even have to mod the valve cover like i did. you can tap the oil cap with a fitting to a -10AN line and to a breather tank and plug off that back little breather

apexi turbo timer came in and a bunch of charge piping. i officially have pretty much everything. its now a matter of prepping the car for the swap. the only thing i am waiting for is to get my modded valve cover back from powdercoat

need too:

1) bleed brakes/clutch with fresh fluid. clutch pedal has funky pedal pressure
2) install OTTP return style fuel system with walbro 255lph
3) wire up all new gauges
4) install modded valve cover with new breather system

good news is i go back to my regular 40 hour schedule in october compared to my 60+hour schedule so i will have much more time for the car
