Not bad for 10 lbs not a big fan of the unequal length of the exhaust manifold, but all in all should be a decent setup

yes in a way we need to get the spool faster but then again we started at 3k in 4th gear and just mashed the gas so the turbo had to really try hard to spool in 4th. We should have brake boosted it and got the turbo to spool then hit the gas.

you got that right, we got a few stock motor turbo swapped cars running well over 400whp now with no motor issues (just blown up transmissions lol). And these have been running for at least 2 years minumum so far.

I came lol.

Sick setup! Your friend is a very good fabricator.

Mind PM'ing me some prices on the setup? I may just think about selling the TVS for something sexy like that...

I have my scip still running off of manifold pressure and I don't have any problems. Roderick we need more info. What size injectors and are you running any type of return fuel system or zzp's boost referenced system.

Ok well someone who i guarantee has way more experience has their scip just open to air and suggested that in this case so i'd take his suggestion no offense.

you know I think you are right about it. what did he do to make it open to air does he just have it sitting in his engine bay or what? I also have 80s in my car. I went into limp mode the first 5 min of driving my car cause of the scip i also hit limp mode crusing at 60 the other day cause of the scip.

in hptuners go to engine diagnostics and set the etc and rpm limits out of normal range and your problem is solved. For the p101, p103, and p121 I have my min. set to 300 and the max. set to 52. for the p0068 I have the rpm set to 8192. This way the computer won't run those tests and not put the car into limp mode.

If the correct way is to let it hang then why do the hahn intake manifolds have the sensor in the mani.

SC Inlet Pressure... Is that the sensor on the top of the blower inlet? Does barometric pressure on our cars?

I'd disable the codes for now to see if that solves your problem.

If your timing is fluctuating like that at idle, that could indicate a vacuum leak as well... Use the 80's settings from the Omega and Shafer injector spreadsheet and see if that helps. A ZZP BRFPS or OTTP return style also does wonders on the 80's.

The scip I believe is only used to run tests to check for airflow to make sure the drive by wire system is working properly so there isn't a toyota "runaway" problem. The barometric pressure sensor is on the right side of the head.
