Its called a nozzle. Your devils own kit should have came with a couple different size nozzles, do you know which size is in there? The sizes are stamped on them.

Or this one

the size should be stamped into one of the flats where the wrench fits.

Yea, the nozzle is one of the most important items in the alcohol injection system. This is why we had a nozzle developed for us that is night and day better than what everyone else has. No vice grips need to remove our nozzles. Ours are the nicest available on the market.

Need to put the nozzles after the fmic. Never put the nozzles before one.

Do you have any DYNO numbers from a STOCK SS S/C with both kits?

Can the system be turned off and on by switch in car?

Does your kit provide essentially more power as mods increase? Like putting your kit on a 250whp car then a 300whp car, would the gains be higher the higher you go because of being able to aggressive tune and run more boost?

There isn't a particular HP number increase. Meth is only as good as the tuner. The cooling aspect is good regardless of the tune, but the increased octane is what gives you the power. It allows you to run more timing w/ less detonation. An average hp increase is prolly around 10hp I would think.

I will look around thur my dyno graphs customers have emailed in and see if i can find a cobalt or redline.

You can hook up a on/off switch, but i recommend not doing so.

hp gains can vary widely. Most cobalts have no problems making 15-20 hp. The more boost you can run without kr the more power you are going to make with it.

There is usually no issues with running meth injection. Just make sure to run disttilled water and PURE meth without additives.

There are a couple of spot. Below your headlight under the bumper cover is popular also mounting it in yoru thrunk either on our 6gallong tank or putting it on the rear seat and running a smaller tank.
