General Motors finally has an engine that merits the attention of four cylinder enthusiasts. Its new 2.0-liter Ecotec is estimated to produce 130 hp per liter, making it the most impressive four cylinder production engine in the history of the company.
Pontiac and direct injection aren't words I ever expected to use in a sentence together. Especially in January 2006. But General Motors incorporated this advanced, intelligent technology into its latest version of the Ecotec to be used in the 2007 Solstice GXP.
