FMIC doesn't give you a better air flow..it just cools the air from the turbo compressor (or a centrifugal supercharger) to the T/B.

I will have to look up Jackson as I'm not familiar with them but Vortech is a Centi Supercharger ..imagine it as a belt driven turbo ..the compressor side has pipes to the intercooler and then pipes to the T/B.. our S/C is a roots blower and is mounted directly to the intake manifold.Stick with an upgraded H/E.

Waste! Your FMIC would be BEFORE the supercharger which wouldnt give you any cooling effect. Remember in a turbo system the FMIC is AFTER the turbo, which means the air that goes through it is already compressed and hot. The FMIC helps there to cool the compressed air. On a supercharger you have no compressed air until you hit the intake basically.

a front mount intercooler is usually an air-to-air intercooler, ours are liquid-to-air, because of the style of blower we have. correct me if i'm wrong, but yeah, an upgraded h/e would make the biggest impact, u probably know that.

can't run an FMIC on a roots blower without some type of crazy configuration

only centrifigal superchargers run an FMIC...you'll want a Cobra Heat Exchanger to mount in your grill area
