car is done but i have to wait for ups to drop off the new pcm and im off so far its all good news, next week im installing my spec stage 3+ thats been sitting on the floor for a month

Don't blow the motor. LISTEN to me. Take it easy until we get the AFR's dialed in on Friday.

ALL 2005's are unlocked with my HPT now.

BTW... You taking the interceptor? Also, we'll discuss price on Friday. As well as the HPT deal.

Ah ok.

And just my opinion.

Re-do the piping. 3" cold side is too much. And half of the pipes don't even have rolled edges. Once you reach boost high enough you'll blow a coupler or two off.

Or have a leak at a bare minimum.

its just gonna take a little longer to spool. he is seeing full boost at like 4500rpm, little late due to the exhaust leak but he should be seeing full boost at around 4000 rpm after the manifold is fixed. i wouldnt mess with it just because i'm lazy. lol

Dude that's a late spool though.

I'd take the time to drop down to 2.5" hot side. I honestly would.

Plus, he needs a smaller intercooler. IE hahn/synapse or the other brand that Dubbie got for his LNF.

He has a HUGE spot that is hidden behind the bumper. You know what that means? Hot spot. Plus, bigger intercooler = later spool.

dude its a big turbo with a big exhaust side. lol its gonna spool late either way. he can pull timing and add fuel in the midrange to get it to spool a little earlier if he wanted

I'll be looking into changing somethings around eventually. From what little I have got on it it pulls hard once it starts really spooling and it sounds nasty lol. I need to fix the pipe by the MAF also.

I saw it and I was there for part of the swap. What size turbo is it though?

And exhaust volume FTW on big turbo's. Hence your little shot you were talking about doing(prolly still doing too)

That's just what I would do if it were my car.

What's wrong with the MAF section?

Aside from not having rolled edges on the charge pipes.
