I'd def be trying to find ways to get an earlier spool than 4 grand. Although 4 grand isn't terrible. But still.

I like full spool by like 2500 like I have now. But running out of breath top end ftl.

 

full boost by 4000rpm isnt horrible for that size of a turbo. with some tuning he can get it to spool prob like 300rpm earlier

 

If not earlier than that IMHO.

I am seriously considering the GT2871R though.

running out of breath with the K04 is teh epic that high I bet.

I have a raised rev limit but I still shift at about 6300. It pulls harder lower.

The pipe with the MAF had a hole rubbed through it currently covered with lots of tape. I have to get the ZZP Bung piece and get it welded in

 

Ooh gotcha.

Yeah, it was a tight squeeze in there because of the way the pipes had to be run.

Cold side is a PITA in 3". But you need it so the MAF doesn't freak out.

I don't rev to 7200. I'm on the GMS1 tune, so my redline is 6500. Which isn't too bad at all.

Would it hurt to spray some throtle body cleaner in the turbo inlet? I don't have a filter so its open air atm.

 

Exhaust AR is another thing to look at when deciding. Inducer and exducer wheel trim.

And a 50 trim isn't small. but it isn't huge either. You want a big turbo.. Precision 6262.

I don't think so, however, it could possibly damage the bearings. Soooo, I wouldn't do anything like that. BTW. Get an intake. lol. PLZ.
